COVID-19 update 
Due to COVID-19 all orders can be delayed. 
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any delay that is caused to the pandemic. What we can do, is make sure to keep a close look at all orders, questioning the post office regularly, and making sure all orders are arriving as fast as possible. 

Processing time 
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your Tracking Number in your email after we process your order. 

Customs and import taxes 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Orders that are automatically returned
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct information for the delivery of the products. If the order is returned because the buyer provided wrong or insufficient information, the buyer will be responsible for the costs that will occur.
Travel Challenges will only send the order again upon payment of the shipping costs and subsequent taxes.
