You are in a hurry to get the order? No problem, you can order with express delivery and it will be shipped with DHL and arrive within 1-5 days.

We promise we do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. We even offer an express shipping method. Unfortunately we don’t deliver the packages ourselves (even though we would love to put that personal note into our business). We use the best shipping methods available, but please understand that it can happen that there is an unexpected delay from the courier's side, which is out of our hands.

In case your order is delayed and it’s supposed to be a gift: please let us know and we’ll send you a digital card you can print at home and offer as a temporary replacement-gift until your order arrives. The card contains a blank space for your personal message and a small extra challenge the person has to do, until the order arrives.

In case your order is/was delayed and you don’t want to gift it anymore: we hope you’ll find them so amazing that you’d want to keep them for yourself. If not, please read our return policy.

It might be that we or the courier is very busy and your order takes longer than expected. You can always track your parcel with the tracking number that was provided to you when we shipped your order. Check your Email Inbox.

Sometimes the courier uses nearby shops to deliver your package, so first see with neighbours and shops if they received it on your behalf.

If not, please let us know via messages.

We are very happy to send you a replacement, anytime the boxes arrive damaged!

We are so sorry if your order was damaged on the way to you. Sometimes the couriers are not very careful when stacking the bigger packages on top of our small boxes.

Please reach out to us via our contact channels and send us pictures of the damaged box (we need those pictures to claim a refund in the post office) and we will send you a replacement order asap.

In case the address on the shipping information is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to our seller policy we can only send your order to the address that is provided through your shipping info. In case you want the package to be delivered elsewhere, we need to cancel your order first ( read “Can I cancel my order?”) and you need to place a new order with the correct shipping information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. You just need to be faster than our distribution team, but be aware: They are fast ;) !
